Together, we’ll work through your story using evidence-based methods with a solution-focused lens to support healing and meaningful change. With these approaches and tools, I  aim to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. Taking the first step toward change is often the biggest challenge. I’d love to hear from you and explore how we can work together to build the life you want to live.

What is EMDR? ​

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy designed to help people process and heal from traumatic experiences and distressing memories. It supports the brain’s natural ability to heal by gently guiding you through past events while using bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements or tapping—to reduce emotional intensity.Many people find EMDR helpful for issues such as PTSD, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, and early life experiences that continue to impact them today. EMDR doesn’t require you to talk in detail about the trauma, which makes it a gentle yet effective option for those who feel overwhelmed by traditional talk therapy.

In our sessions, I provide a safe and supportive environment to work through past trauma, helping you move toward healing, empowerment, and emotional balance.
